HCB responde una carta muy extensa de LLdS dividiendola en temas. Primero lo felicita por buenas críticas recibidas, luego lo alienta respecto a su retiro, después concuerda con la mala impresión que ambos an tenido del "secretario" de Victorica y de Quinquela Mártin, y sigue la carta al día siguiente por haber recibido a dos amigos. HCB también está en proceso de retiro. Fue a pedir autorización para organizar otro Salón y se lo concedieron. Planea incluir en el certamen un homenaje a Victorica, par lo cual le solicita piezas de Bs As a LL. Por último le pide que trate bien a Fernandez Navarro ya que resultó ser buen chico.
