Se anuncia la realización del XI FIPR. Se destaca el lugar que ocupará la poesía infantil y la participación de autores extranjeros. Los homenajeados serán Mario Vecchioli, Alfredo Veiravé, Gianni Siccardi y Tilo Wenner. El acto de cierre estará a cargo de Litto Nebbia. Tendrá lugar el panel "La poesía detrás de los muros" en el que se relatará la experiencia de talleres en cárceles y hospitales psiquiátricos.
