Biographical history
Noemí Escandell nació en 1942 en Cañada de Gómez, Santa Fe, Argentina. Realizó sus estudios en el Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes de Rosario, perteneciente a la Universidad Nacional del Litoral (actual Universidad Nacional de Rosario), obteniendo en 1964 el título de Profesora Nacional de Dibujo.
